Sam Trickett joins Mike Mizrachi and Laurent Tapie
Laurent Tapie and Proper Mesquelier’s International Stadium Poker Tour’s inaugural online and live 30,000 player tournament scheduled for Wembley Stadium near London next year, was honored by appointing a UK poker ace Sam Trickett (26) as an ambassador and a promoter of the event.
Trickett is an accomplished and respected online and live tournament poker professional who boasts a variety of major tournament wins, starting in 2008 with the main event of Grosvenor UK Poker Tour, and continuing with a number of World Series of Poker final tables, the Partouche Poker Tour win in 2011, and the second placing during the Big One for One Drop competition in 2012, with a winning of $10,112,001.
“As a poker player, I have to be associated with such an enormous event. Being part of this tournament means being part of the history of poker,“ said Trickett after being appointed.
